Vicenza Wine Tour

The winery is artisanal, born from the friendship between a veterinarian and a pharmacist united by a passion for natural wine and the desire to enhance the Vicenza area. The vineyards are located between Mason and Fara Vicentino, in the heart of the Venetian foothills, on three hectares of volcanic soils rich in basalt. Here, native varieties such as Groppello and Vespaiola come to life, alongside Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. In the vineyard, biodynamic practices are adopted: natural cover, green manure, no systemic pesticides, and great attention to biodiversity. In the winery, the style is clean and minimal: spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, no clarification or mechanical filtration, only natural decantation. Each bottle tells the true character of the territory, without invasive interventions. Honest wines, lively, out of the mold, designed for those seeking a true, natural experience strongly tied to the land.
