The web platform offers Users the possibility to purchase gift vouchers of different values, which can be used to book tours/experiences at Partner locations.
The User, after selecting the voucher and the amount in euros to gift, can then enter the recipient's name and include an optional dedication by completing the form present on the platform.
After payment, the voucher will be sent directly to the email that will be entered by the purchaser in the form field of the gift voucher purchase page.
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and can be used until the credit is exhausted to book tours/experiences at Partner locations through the web platform within and not beyond the aforementioned term, under penalty of voucher expiration. As a result, the voucher cannot be used for experiences that occur beyond the 12-month term from its purchase, even if booked previously.
If the voucher amount is less than the price of the chosen package, the beneficiary, at the time of booking, will be required to pay the difference.
If any credit remains at the natural expiration of the voucher, therefore within 12 months from the date of purchase of the voucher itself, this will no longer be usable and will not be refunded in any way by Vinbacco. If, during booking, the chosen tour/experience is no longer available, the beneficiary, to be able to use the gift voucher, will be required to book another activity, and may also take advantage of the assistance of a Tour Manager made available by the Vinbacco Tour project.
It is recommended that the beneficiary book the tour/experience at least 60 days in advance.
Purchase methods are provided for registered users only in the following ways:
- Tour Purchase with credit card or other type of card: after registering and identifying the service, the user expressly authorizes Vinbacco to block an amount equal to the price of the chosen experience on the credit card or other type of card. The amounts will be paid only upon confirmation of the reservation from the winery and following Vinbacco's email. In case of refusal by the winery, no amount will be paid.
- Tour Purchase with Voucher: after registering and identifying the service, the user must enter the voucher code at the time of payment and proceed with the reservation. If the Voucher value is less than the cost of the chosen experience, the user will authorize Vinbacco to block the additional amount due on their credit card. Vinbacco will block the funds on the card which will be deducted only after the winery has confirmed the reservation. In case of refusal by the winery, no amount will be paid and the voucher will be re-credited to the reserved area.
- With reference to Vouchers, users can use them according to the type in their possession within the limits of the functionalities listed below:
Type 1: gift voucher code with a fixed value for an experience intended for two people, without the possibility for the beneficiary to add additional payments in case the gift voucher code value is not sufficient to cover the cost of the experience. These gift voucher codes will be usable through a dedicated section called "Special Vouchers" accessible via a link in the website footer. This type of gift voucher codes will allow booking a single tour for two people, with a single use at a time.
Type 2: gift voucher code with a fixed value usable to book multiple tours, without limitations on the number of people. These gift voucher codes can be used as spendable credit to book any tour available on vinbacco.com. If the gift voucher code value does not fully cover the tour cost, the beneficiary will have the possibility to integrate the payment.
- Tour Purchase with Cachet credit: after registering and identifying the Service, the user will proceed with payment, automatically being able to add the Cachet credit which is deducted in the checkout. If the Cachet credit covers the selected Service, the user will not have to pay anything else, otherwise the balance will be requested by credit card. In this latter case, the user will authorize Vinbacco to block the additional amount due on their credit card. Vinbacco will block the funds on the card which will be deducted only after the winery has confirmed the reservation. In case of refusal by the winery, no amount will be paid and the Cachet will be re-credited to the reserved area.
In any case, all booking confirmations will be sent by email to the end user and will be visible in the My account reserved area directly from the web.
In case of use of credit card/debit card/prepaid card, the User accepts and acknowledges that it will not be Vinbacco s.r.l. processing the payment but rather Stripe as indicated on the platform and as a result Vinbacco s.r.l will not be responsible for any theft of data or diversion of money for the use of the indicated payment method. Vinbacco s.r.l. is not responsible in case of fraud or unauthorized use of the User's payment methods by third parties.
In case the voucher holder wants to change the recipient, this can be done with a supplement of 35% compared to the value of the same voucher.
Once the reservation is made, the Client must present themselves at the chosen Winery at the time indicated in the booking confirmation.
In case of delay exceeding 10 minutes from the tour/experience start time, the Client accepts that the Winery will have the right to cancel the visit or reduce the duration of the experience so as to allow its conclusion in the established time.
