VINBACCO LOYALTY PROGRAM

REGULATION OF THE INITIATIVE EXCLUDED FROM THE LEGISLATION ACCORDING TO ART. 6 PARAGRAPH 1 LETTER C BIS OF DPR 430/2001

PROMOTING ENTITY
The company VINBACCO SRL, VAT 13269340967, with headquarters in Milan (MI), 20123, in Via Vincenzo Monti n. 8, in the person of its legal representative.

OBJECT AND RECIPIENTS

It is a promotional activity (excluded from the scope of application of the D.P.R. 26/10/2001, n. 430) aimed at users who register on the website www.vinbacco.com and shop.vinbacco.com and purchase through this platform the services and products offered by the promoting entity.

PARTICIPATION METHODS AND PROMOTED PRODUCTS

The operation concerns all services and products purchased through the vinbacco.com platform.
All consumers who, in the period between 01.06.2025 and 01.06.2026, will purchase products and/or services as specified above will accumulate points.
To accumulate points, the consumer must be registered on this site or register by filling in all fields of the registration form, entering their personal data (name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail); once the registration is successfully completed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the access credentials to their Reserved Area, within which they can manage participation in this loyalty program, view the balance of accumulated points and request prizes.
The accumulation of points for purchases will happen automatically.
In case of order return, together with the refund of the amount spent, the related points will be automatically reversed.
It is specified that the prize request must be made by the Customer within the final term of this program indicated above through access to their "Reserved Area" on the website www.vinbacco.com.
Points accumulated and possibly not used by the maximum term indicated will lose their value and in fact will no longer be usable.

4. Points Assignment

Points are assigned according to the following cases:

Upon account registration or in case of already registered account: 150 points
Purchase with credit card or online payment with any payment method through the vinbacco.com or shop.vinbacco.com website: 3 points for every €1 spent
Purchase with voucher through the vinbacco.com website: 1 point for every €1 spent
Write a review on Vinbacco pages (Google or Trustpilot) 50 points
Bring a friend who buys a tour, showing the purchase 100 points
Share a photo, video reel tagging Vinbacco on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok 30 points

For rewards at points 4, 5 and 6 to receive the credit, it is necessary to send an email with proof of the action performed to the following email fidelity@vinbacco.com.
Vinbacco reserves the right to modify the list above concerning the behaviors of loyalty program members that entitle to the assignment of points, as well as modify the number of points assigned for each behavior, or modify the rules of point assignment for each behavior, in compliance with the terms established at the bottom of this regulation, without prejudice to the rights possibly already acquired by members before the entry into force of the changes in question. Any changes will be communicated on the website in the dedicated section at least 15 days before their effectiveness.

5. Conversion of loyalty points into discount vouchers

Following the achievement of the minimum number of loyalty points as indicated below, you can proceed with the request for a discount voucher within your personal area on the Vinbacco.com website, which will be issued in the form of a discount code. Following the confirmation of your choice, the number of points necessary for the request of the chosen discount voucher will be deducted from the total accumulated points. Upon selection of the desired Voucher and after subsequent confirmation, you can view in your reserved area the personalized code to use for its use.
Vinbacco reserves the right to vary at any time the list of discount vouchers listed below, their nature and/or the number of points necessary to obtain them, without prejudice to the discount vouchers already requested before the actual variation referred to in this article. Any changes will be communicated with adequate notice on the website.
The list of selectable discount vouchers is as follows:

Discount Voucher Value € 15. You can obtain this discount voucher with n.375 points.
Discount Voucher Value € 25. You can obtain this discount voucher with n. 625 points.
Discount Voucher Value € 50. You can obtain this discount voucher with n.1250 points.
Discount Voucher Value € 80. You can obtain this discount voucher with n.2000 points.
Discount Voucher Value € 100. You can obtain this discount voucher with n.2500 points.
Discount Voucher Value € 130. You can obtain this discount voucher with n.3000 points.
Discount Voucher Value € 160. You can obtain this discount voucher with n.3750 points.
Discount Voucher Value € 220. You can obtain this discount voucher with n.5000 points.
Discount Voucher Value € 275. You can obtain this discount voucher with n.6250 points.
Discount Voucher Value € 330. You can obtain this discount voucher with n.7500 points.
Discount Voucher Value € 450. You can obtain this discount voucher with n.10000 points.
Discount Voucher Value € 600. You can obtain this discount voucher with n.12500 points.
Discount Voucher Value € 1000. You can obtain this discount voucher with n.25000 points.

6. Conditions for using the Discount Voucher

In case of theft, non-use within the terms, product return for Change of Mind or order cancellation for reasons not attributable to Vinbacco in which the Discount Voucher has been used, it cannot be replaced or refunded in any way, not even partially, nor will the points used for the conversion be returned.
Purchases made with the use of Discount Vouchers will in turn give the right to accrue additional points.
All discount vouchers are usable in a single solution for the entire amount, do not give the right to change and cannot be used to discount a value lower than that of the voucher itself.

7. Validity of the Points and Generated Discount Vouchers

The points have a validity of 12 months from the date of credit. (Example: if the points are assigned on June 1, 2025, they will expire on June 1, 2026).
Each Discount Voucher will be usable within 30 (thirty) days from the date of point conversion. At the end of the 30 days, the Discount Voucher will no longer be usable or convertible in any way, nor will the points used for the conversion be returned.

8. Voucher Management and Personal Area

The vouchers unlocked with the points are visible within the reserved area "My Account".
The available credit is automatically updated by the system and does not require any manual action by the user.
To use the voucher, simply copy the generated code and insert it during checkout before payment.

9. Points Balance Consultation

The updated points balance, related expiry dates and available discount vouchers can always be consulted by accessing the "My Account" area on vinbacco.com.

10. Account Suspension or Cancellation

Vinbacco reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the loyalty account in case of improper use, fraud attempts or violations of these terms. In this case, the accumulated points and discount vouchers will be canceled.

11. Program Modifications and Suspension

Vinbacco reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time.
In case of suspension or closure, registered users will be notified through official channels (email, vinbacco.com website or My Account area) with at least 15 days' notice, except for force majeure causes.
If requested, Vinbacco may provide a motivated communication of the reasons behind the decision.
Upon termination of the Program, any unused points or vouchers will no longer be valid and will not entitle to refunds.

12. Processing of Personal Data

Users' personal data are processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The complete information on processing is available in the "Privacy Policy" section of vinbacco.com.
