“Dedication” is the word that best sums up every single day of our work. Ours is a young company, born in 2009. In addition to the construction of the new cellar, they decided to plant new vineyards on the gentle Umbrian hills. Today Michele, representing the fourth generation of the family, coordinates and manages all the work in the cellar, taking what was created by the grandfather and uncle and making it grow day by day with wines that reflect his dynamism. The various underground chambers of the ancient cellar house French oak barrels ranging from 15 to 80 hectoliters. Some barriques are used for a partial aging of the Impronta wine, others for the passito, which matures there for 10 years before reaching the desired quality. They chose to plant some Umbrian native vines of established quality, but also to focus on international grape varieties more suited to the microclimate and soils of their company: from Merlot to Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, from Chardonnay to Sauvignon Blanc. The choice is one of qualities without stereotypes.

The vineyards surround the winery and the Relais.
