Vespro Wine Tour

The Cantina is a family-run wine reality located in Val di Mezzane in the province of Verona (Italy) among the Valpolicella and Soave vineyards. The company consists of 12 hectares of organic farming. For generations, the family produced wine for family use until the 2017 harvest, when we decided to start a new winemaking path. The grapes are hand-picked in 20kg crates and at perfect ripeness. For our wines, we only use the "flower must" through soft pressing of whole grapes. To date, we produce 12,000 bottles, including Soave Doc, Valpolicella and IGT, and a Rosé Sparkling wine. Our vineyards are cultivated through organic farming in the utmost respect for nature. The vines have an average age of fifty years, allowing us to create high-quality wines that can withstand time. The symbol of the cellar is a blackbird, a bird that lived and nested in our garden for many years, synonymous with purity and uniqueness, a characteristic we want to highlight in our wines.
