Today the agricultural company owns 22 hectares of vineyards, and produces, vinifies and bottles directly on site, striving to create a quality product that always satisfies its customers to the best of its ability. The vineyard processing is carried out with the utmost care and respect for the environment: minimal anti-cryptogamic treatments, fertilization with organic maintenance products only, no forced production enhancement, short pruning, and natural vegetation. The grape harvesting is done by hand. Then a soft pressing of the destemmed bunches takes place. The most suitable processing techniques are adopted for each type of product.
