Description
The company was founded in 2016 from the idea of three visionary young men, experts in the wine sector who are passionate about sustainability and want to put it into practice, with the aim of creating a wine with very low environmental impact but of high quality. Since 2022, they have been vinifying in the new underground cellar, a choice that allows them to control and guarantee optimal and constant maturation conditions for their wines, minimizing energy consumption. Sustainability is our greatest value, guiding our choices and encouraging us to always do better. A personal and authentic commitment that involves every aspect of our work, from agronomic approach to production cycle, to the final product, without ever compromising the quality of our wines, because PIWI vines are the answer that viticulture can give to counteract climate change.
