Ours is the highest cellar in Valpolicella Classica. Thanks to the special climatic conditions and soil of this territory, our wines have unique and unmistakable characteristics. The fourth generation, composed of Giacomo, Paolo, and Marco, continues the family business with great passion and dedication, focusing on healthiness and environmental sustainability. All the vineyards of the cellar are cultivated according to an organic regime, and the new agritourism structure is entirely powered by energy obtained from photovoltaic plants. The Premium Organic Line conceived after the conversion of the entire company in 2015, represents the search for absolute oenological quality, based on the use of technology and not of chemistry. It is the result of an even more accurate selection, the grapes were harvested only in completely natural areas, free from adjoining plots. This is to completely eliminate the possibility of contamination by other companies producing through conventional methods.
