Description

The area surrounding the lake is particularly suitable for the cultivation of the vine, not only due to the variety of the soils and the mildness of the climate, but also for the beneficial influence of certain local air currents. The winds of Garda blow at regular intervals during the day and night, ensuring the perfect aeration of the vineyards. This way, the vines grow free from molds and fungal diseases. The diurnal temperature variation also allows our grapes to develop their aromatic potential at their best. In a fertile and healthy land, the winery cultivates 26 hectares of guyot-trained vineyards and produces fresh and fruity white wines, harmonious and fragrant reds, and a selection of excellent sparkling wines, including the renowned Brut Trento DOC. In the most northern position in Europe, in the Trentino part of Lake Garda, the particularly mild sub-Mediterranean climate allows the cultivation of olive trees. Our olives are harvested in early November at the veraison and crushed on the same day at low temperatures. This way, we ensure a superior quality extra virgin olive oil, with fruity and spicy notes. The Madonna delle Vittorie restaurant offers homemade cuisine, pasta and desserts, beef from our own breeding and cold cuts and cheeses from small local producers. The à la carte menu is daily enriched with some daily specials. The dishes are accompanied by the wines produced in-house and our Garda DOP extra virgin olive oil.
