Trasimeno Wine Tour

The family-run Tour has been producing wine, oil, and wheat since 1912. The estate is located in a small and delightful medieval village, and the lands extend across the round and green hills that surround Lake Trasimeno, a few kilometers away from the city of Perugia, in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. Here, on a hillside position, the vineyards enjoy splendid exposure to sunlight, benefiting at the same time from the mild influence of the lake's climate. The meticulous attention and care practiced in the vineyard ensure that healthy, intact, and organically certified grapes are harvested every year. The main red berry grape varieties grown are Merlot, Sangiovese, and Cabernet Sauvignon, while white wines are produced from Grechetto, Chardonnay, and Trebbiano Toscano grapes. Thanks to the experience, will, and expertise of the owner, the wines produced have over the years reached a high level of quality. In fact, through a path of research, while respecting traditions, numerous innovations have been introduced in the Company, with particular attention to viticultural aspects.
