Todi Wine Tour

Located a few kilometers from Todi, a jewel of Etruscan origins nestled among the pristine hills of Umbria. Clayey soils and a temperate climate make this territory ideal for high-quality viticulture. In line with tradition, for over 30 years we have been producing Grechetto and Sangiovese. 40 planted hectares for a production of 250,000 bottles per year, a spacious tasting room overlooking Todi, an elegant Relais with a high-level gastronomic restaurant, and a naturalistic park: the winery is the ideal place for wine lovers seeking tradition, experience, and quality in this area. The vineyards surround the winery and the Relais. In addition to the typical production of Grechetto and Sangiovese, international grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc are also grown. The hilly area allows for excellent exposure and ventilation of the vines. Clayey soils with pebbles of volcanic origin, a temperate climate, and good day-night temperature variations guarantee the concentration of numerous aromatic substances in the grapes, giving the wines pleasant olfactory sensations. In addition to the ideal soil and climate conditions, the long experience of the winemakers, through grape selection, temperature management during steel fermentations, and the use of French oak for maturation, produce highly drinkable wines.
