In Monferrato, the winery owns over one hundred hectares divided among the Barbera, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Cortese, and Moscato d'Asti vineyards. Thanks to the clayey and medium-density soil, the wines are diverse and balanced, with a modern and versatile style that respects the original characteristics of the grapes and vineyards of origin. To define the company's single-body vineyards, more than five thousand rose plants and a thousand colorful pencil posts bring joy and color, identifying the history with total respect for tradition. In the Langhe region, vineyards of Nebbiolo are cultivated in the municipalities of Neive, Serralunga d'Alba, and Barolo. In the latter municipality, particularly within the famous Cru CANNUBI, recognized as the oldest in Italy and considered one of the most important vineyards in the world. The soils of Langa, where Barolo and Barbaresco are produced, are very ancient: they belong to the Miocene geological period. Maturation takes place in steel, large barrels, tonneaux, or barriques, always seeking the highest quality and respecting the original fruit traits. For this reason, the winery is dedicated to vineyard innovations and research, as innovation and technology are the main paths to achieve maximum production quality.
