Description

The company arises from a passion for good wine and a love for this corner of Tuscany, from the desire to cultivate our land with respect for nature and the environment. That's why we use organic methods even for crops, such as the Bokashi technique, unique in Bolgheri, with natural compost treatment that improves the characteristics of the soil and makes plants resistant to parasites. The Winery is located in the heart of Bolgheri DOC, not far from the medieval village of Bolgheri. It covers 6 hectares of vineyards cultivated with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Vermentino, and Viognier. The proximity to the sea and the sun exposure give the wines mineral notes with that touch of acidity that characterizes the terroir they come from. The winery is aesthetically innovative, with a ventilated facade in wood-look ceramic that ensures correct temperature regulation of the environment. In the winemaking premises, the cellar is equipped with concrete tanks for fermenting organic grapes. In the underground area, the aging room with French oak barrels is temperature controlled.
