Rufina Wine Tour

We are a winery located in Chianti Rufina, near Florence. Today we are a real Agricultural Organization where it is also possible to stay overnight and carry out various wine tourism activities. We work in full respect of nature according to the biointegral philosophy. A sustainable project that operates at 360°: in the energy sector through the use of renewable energies, in the architectural field with the conservative recovery of buildings and in the agricultural field through the use of biodynamic practices. With the production of organic wines, the company tells the excellence of the territory: alongside Sangiovese, the flagship variety of Chianti, Merlot, Syrah, and Riesling are also able to express great elegance in this territory. Alongside the wine production we find the olive production characterized by an organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with marked nutraceutical properties. The range is completed by the organic food line and the cosmetic line. The former born from the need to diversify soil cultivation to ensure an agricultural organism rich in biodiversity. The latter born in collaboration with the University of Florence in order to recover the "noble waste" of wine and oil production.
