Built in 1731, nestled among the picturesque hills of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines, a jewel awaits between the historic cities of Bologna and Florence: a splendid villa perfect for experiences, events, and weddings, an architectural masterpiece surrounded by lush vineyards. Today it proudly stands as a sanctuary of timeless elegance. For years, we have preserved the vintages of our finest wines within the historic underground cellars, making them part of the brand’s narrative. After an in-depth visit to the vineyards and the cellar, we move inside the historic Villa and its tunnel, to fully immerse ourselves in our historical and enological context.

The tour will begin with a walk through the vineyards, a visit to the production winery, the ancient barrel room inside the underground tunnel, and the historical archive; a collection of 1000 bottles produced in our territory from 1905 to 1970
We will open the doors of our wonderful 18th-century villa and guide you in a tasting of 3 wines from the estate
All of this will be accompanied by our own EVO oil and local typical cured meats and cheeses

Jeep tours or tractor-drawn cart, you will visit our vineyards passing through mule tracks and paths immersed in nature
Following that, visit to the production winery, you will walk through the ancient tunnel that now houses the barrel room and the historical archives
Through the tunnel, we will reach the wonderful 18th-century villa. After a short visit to the most beautiful halls, inside the fireplace room, you will taste 4 organic wines from the estate
Everything will be accompanied by local delicacies, such as Romagna crostini, stuffed piadina, and seasonal vegetables

Cooking Class experience on fresh pasta with a rolling pin: the course will take place in the halls of the 18th-century villa
In this experience, we will discover the excellences of our territory, collect seasonal products from the garden and learn the secrets to prepare handmade tagliatelle in Romagna style. All enriched with valuable cultural insights and curiosities about cuisine
The lesson will culminate in a delicious lunch or dinner with the tagliatelle prepared together, an appetizer, a dessert, and tasting two organic wines from the company
