Description

The family-run company has roots in the '60s and represents the union of two families. The vineyards are located on ancient Roman soils in Montecompatri and produce, in addition to the Frascati DOC and DOCG, red and white wines from local grape varieties. In the winery, modern winemaking techniques and cryomaceration enhance aromas and characteristics. 70% of the production is exported. Choosing one of our wines means supporting a guaranteed and organic supply chain, established in 1995 with the goal of enhancing the Frascati territory in respect of the environment. The first organic company of the denomination, the winery has adopted sustainable practices such as controlled cover cropping and pesticide-free cultivation for over 20 years, improving soil quality and fostering a healthy microclimate. The harvest is exclusively manual to ensure high-quality grapes. Each bottle tells a story of commitment, respect for nature, and love for one's land. Quality, innovation, and respect for tradition are the pillars of the project, now an example of sustainability in the heart of the Castelli Romani.
