At the end of 2014 we finally achieved the goal of having our own winery where we could vinify and bottle the product among 121 ha of vineyards, one of the first 5 companies in Montepulciano in terms of property area and productive potential of Nobile di Montepulciano. All this while best respecting traditional techniques, but with modern tools that enhance their potential. The vinification area is equipped with modern and functional structures that aim to enhance the peculiar characteristics of the grapes produced in the vineyards located in some of the most beautiful and vocated areas of the territory. A terroir so unique that it alone can characterize the production of any grape variety: whether it is the Sangiovese, the typical native grape of the area, or the more international Merlot and Cabernet grapes, which acquire unusual distinctive elements here. The barrel room, once an aesthetically questionable prefab, has been renovated making it a room more suitable for refining the Nobile di Montepulciano and at the same time beautiful, which pays homage to the culture and history of this land and its wines that do not deserve to rest in unpleasant environments to the eye accustomed to beauty.
