Nuoro Wine Tour

Our winery was founded in 2003 out of the passion of our grandparents, from whom we learned the values of farm life, working personally on the products, from the land to the glass. Our vineyard extends over four hectares, mostly dedicated to Cannonau, the flagship grape variety of our area, and to native and Merlot vines: it is characterized by a sandy soil originated from granitic breakdown, making it extremely permeable, strict, and scarce towards the vines it hosts. We use stainless steel tanks that guarantee hygiene and respect for the typical varietal characteristics. We do not foresee any filtration and we use the bare minimum of sulfites, with levels well below the threshold allowed in organic productions. Our main goal has always been winemaking, and it is through our bottles that we want to convey attention to our craftsmanship and the passion of our family. We were born cultivating grapes and making wine.
