La Tenuta is a winery founded in 1964, always a pride in wine production, respecting the territory and tradition. It covers an area of about 100 hectares, 45 of which are specialized vineyards. Today the estate has been expanded, both in terms of vineyard land and cellar; it is equipped with the most advanced technological equipment to ensure maximum respect for the raw material and maximum control at every stage of the production process, from vinification to bottling. While preserving the essential characteristics for ancient-flavor viticulture, it has positioned itself in the market as a leading company in the area for the production of fine wines. The restaurant rediscovers Tuscan tradition, pairing it with new gastronomy according to the chef's and his brigade's indications.
