Monferrato Wine Tour

The company is dedicated to the production of red, white, and rosé wines obtained from selected grapes processed with great care at every stage of the production cycle. The care of the vineyards is based on constant manual work and careful management of the clusters, aimed at achieving an optimal vegetative balance and obtaining mature, healthy, and fragrant grapes. The harvest is followed by soft pressing and fermentations conducted in respect of the natural characteristics of the grapes, with prolonged skin contact when required. The winemaking process includes spontaneous fermentations and a natural clarification through decantation and subsequent racking. For some types, aging in wood is planned, which helps enhance the aromatic profile and complexity of the final product. The experience is completed with guided tours and tastings, designed to lead guests to discover the wines and production techniques, offering a moment of conviviality and in-depth enology in an authentic and relaxing context.
