In the heart of Salento, the family-run winery has been passing down the passion for wine and the land for generations. Tradition and innovation merge in a journey that enhances the native Apulian grape varieties, such as Primitivo and Negroamaro for reds, Fiano Minutolo and Bianco d’Alessano for whites. Every phase, from cultivation to winemaking, is directly overseen on approximately 40 hectares of owned vineyards. The architecture of the winery, immersed in the rural landscape, reflects the balance between roots and modernity, while hospitality welcomes guests with tastings, visits, and stays among the vines. The philosophy is based on respect for nature, artisanal care for details, and a sustainable vision oriented towards the future. Each bottle tells the essence of the Apulian territory, its light, its warmth, and the authentic passion of those who transform grapes into emotion.

Guided tour of the winery and, during the barrel tour, tasting of a Primitivo drawn directly from the barrel. The same type of wine tasted in the barrel will then be tasted in the bottle to compare an aging wine with the finished product, all accompanied by the tasting of local Pecorino cheese.
At the end of the guided tour, tasting of our Primitivo di Manduria DOCG DolceNaturale accompanied by “pezzi duri”, typical Apulian sweets rich in almonds.

Welcoming with an aperitif during which we will taste our Fiano IGP Salento accompanied by traditional Puglian taralli, local olives, and frisellina topped with fresh cherry tomatoes, enhanced by our Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We will then proceed to the production area and continue the tasting with our Negroamaro IGP Salento, paired with eggplant rolls and traditional fried meatballs. During the visit to our winery, you will have the unique opportunity to taste a Primitivo directly from the barrel
Next, we will propose a tasting of the Primitivo di Manduria DOP Riserva, the same wine tasted in the winery, now in its final bottled version to compare the aging phases. This will be paired with local pecorino cheese and capocollo
To conclude the guided tour, we will serve a tasting of our Primitivo di Manduria DOCG Dolce Naturale, served with traditional Puglian almond-based sweets known as “pezzi duri”
