Luni Wine Tour

One of the most appreciated wine estates in the “Colli di Luni” area: with over 14 hectares of vineyard land, it currently produces over 100,000 bottles per year, a significant number for a challenging land like the Ligurian one, which gives nothing away, due to the steep slopes that hinder cultivation and vineyard maintenance. But the care and respect for the vines, indispensable principles, repay all efforts. The company's vineyards are located in the hills surrounding the town of Sarzana and are all characterized by a constant presence of clays and a lot of skeletal structure. To manage these difficult terrains efficiently, specific operations are necessary, such as green manure, the planting of different essences, and mechanical treatments that help expand the root system of the vines, reducing soil erosion and maintaining a good percentage of organic substances. The cellar is located on a green hill overlooking the vineyards below; it also extends over three floors: on the ground floor, there are the stainless steel tanks, 9 of 10 hectoliters and another 8 of 50 hectoliters.
