Our story dates back to 1500 as reported by some studies. Since then, our family, from generation to generation, has cultivated its vineyards in Monteforte: we can say we are among the oldest winemakers in the Soave Classico area. Knowledge has been passed down through the centuries, from generation to generation, up to our father Olinto, master winemaker, who directly transmitted his skills and passion for this craft to us. Thus, our actions have become, over time, our tradition. Our cellar is dug into the unique rock, capable of creating a sensational atmosphere, perhaps due to the suggestive passage in the barrels that will allow us to admire the volcanic rock that makes this splendid land unique.
