Description

It is from the gentle and sunny morainic hills, overlooking Lake Iseo and caressed by fresh breezes from the pre-Alpine valleys, that our grapes grow and mature in optimal conditions. Each type of soil entrusts its vineyard: 15 hectares of vineyards between Provaglio d'Iseo, Passiarano and Paderno Franciacorta, lands carefully selected and purchased by us to obtain the best results. Studying their own vineyard is indeed where the best wine is born: the wise clonal selection, the density of the plants per hectare, the manual harvest of the clusters at the right degree of ripeness, the low production per strain and a great attention to respect for the environment. We face interesting choices such as organic and vintage production, meticulously selecting the places where to grow vines and peculiar grape varieties to guarantee the maximum in the characteristics of "our" Franciacorta. With great enthusiasm, we set ourselves the unique and sincere goal of achieving excellence: a new product, of high quality and refinement, but with ancient origins. This challenging journey can only be successfully completed by keeping alive the special connection that exists between tradition, technology, and the indissoluble bond to our wonderful territory.
