Description

The agricultural tradition of the Estate dates back to ancient times, with vineyards and olive groves documented as early as 1785. Since 2017, Alessia and Barbara have been the owners of the estate, continuing the winemaking tradition of San Gimignano with an innovative and sustainable approach. The wines are produced using traditional yet modern methods, enhancing Sangiovese and Vernaccia di San Gimignano, native grape varieties of these lands. The 15-hectare estate includes 6.5 hectares of vineyards and 600 olive trees, with fresh soils made up of clay and tuff, ideal for viticulture. The vines, cultivated in Guyot, use alternating cover crop techniques to reduce cultivation work. The aim is to produce balanced, fresh, aromatic, and pleasant wines, appreciated even by a less experienced audience. The Estate offers a unique experience, enriched by the restaurant, run by the family for nearly 50 years, for a journey through the flavors and aromas of Tuscany.

The tasting includes a sampling of 5 of our wines, which we define as our "special" wines, for each of which we produce less than 1000 bottles
