Cru Wine Tour

Over 50 years ago, our grandfather Hans had a dream: to produce his own wine. Grandpa Hans's dream is now our dream. The winery was founded in 1956. In those years, our grandfather prioritized selling bulk wine in Switzerland. In the 80s, thanks also to the entry of his son into the winery, the work focused on the production of bottled wines. In 2001, new support for the activity came from the entry of the nephew. Since its origins in the winery, not only the grapes from the ten hectares of family vineyards were vinified. The production was complemented by that of about 60 farmers from the area. This collaboration has now become a tradition and is fundamental for the success and quality of the wine. Today, as then, we focus fully consciously on the typicality of the wine varieties, with a clear emphasis on the typical wines of Bolzano: Lagrein and Santa Maddalena.
