For us, craftsmanship is a value, and we only innovate when modernity can raise the level. This is why the grape harvesting and selection are still done by hand: because a better way has not been invented. In our company, we apply a closed-circuit model: we work by hand, as tradition dictates, we respect the land and its times, every stage of processing takes place within our farm. The Valpolicella grapes are unmistakable. You can recognize them immediately by the color of the berries. Corvina and Rondinella grapes: dark like the feathers of swallows and crows. Wine is always a discovery. So even a territory like Valpolicella, of which everything has been said and more, can still surprise you and open up new experiences. In our winery, the wooden barrels do not only preserve our wine: they preserve our history. They won't be able to tell it to you in words, but just by coming to visit us, you can experience it firsthand.
