Our estate preserves an intact landscape of 47 hectares, including 37 hectares of vineyards, 11 hectares of olive groves, with the ancient olive varieties of the area, the perfectly symmetrical romantic garden open with a view of Rome, the fruit and vegetable garden. Recognized as a national monument, our estate has remained unchanged over time: the entire property has a landscape constraint and is a rare example of country architecture that has preserved the charm of an important villa of the time, surrounded by its lands, respecting the tradition of the great agricultural estates of the past. Furthermore, our guest house even includes a medieval tower. A splendid alley of cypresses almost a kilometer long separates the villa from the complex of the cellar built in 1892, together with the farmhouse, the large tank that collects the water from a perennial spring. Equipped with the most modern technologies, the modern cellar has been integrated into the architecture of the ancient 1892 cellar to maintain the harmony of the landscape; the temperature-controlled steel tanks allow us to obtain the true aromas of the vine.
