The estate is managed by respecting nature in its rhythms, harmony, and balance. In producing agricultural products, the European discipline of organic agriculture is respected, employing biodynamic agriculture tools. The wines are born by naturally and carefully accompanying the transformation of grapes into wine without using exogenous products, except for small amounts of sulfites. The farm is located in central Italy, in the northwest of Tuscany, more precisely in the countryside nestled between the Apuan Alps, the Apennines, and the Tyrrhenian Sea, just 5 km from the walls of the city of Lucca. The proximity to the sea ensures a great amount of light and constant ventilation. The mountains guarantee a good water supply and cool nights even in the summer. The farm includes woods, arable fields, olive groves, and 18 hectares of specialized vineyards.
