Description
The winery, beneficiary of many awards, is the heart of the project started in 1999, which included land arrangement, vineyard planting and the construction of the winery according to the principles of bio-architecture. Integrated into the hillside to harmonize with the landscape, it utilizes gravity and geothermal energy to optimize the winemaking processes. The barrel aging room, inspired by Gaudí and Dieste, with double-curved vaults and local materials, is a suggestive environment designed to enhance the aging of wine. The modern and equipped Tasting Room accommodates up to 50 people and is ideal for technical tastings, seminars, meetings, and conferences. Finally, the careful use of local products makes the winery an excellence of typical Bassanese cuisine.
