Barbagia Wine Tour

For over 40 years, wine has accompanied the story of our family and the deep bond with the land: it is a story of winemakers, of their passion, rooted in tradition, experience, and the protection of their territory as a common good. Located in the heart of Barbagia, at the foot of Gennargentu and Supramonte. The company owns 15 hectares of Cannonau vineyards, and small plots of a rare white grape variety, Granazza, both cultivated in bush form. Our philosophy is to cultivate vineyards in full respect of the land and the environment, following the course of nature. We practice one or two green manuring per year, which, together with pruning materials and exhausted grape marc, return organic and mineral substances to the soil. Harvesting is done manually: in the cellar, there is a careful selection of the bunches on the conveyor belt; those considered suitable pass through the de-stemmer-crusher, which removes the stems and gently presses the berries. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations occur spontaneously, driven by the indigenous and native microflora found in the grapes.
