Ansonica Wine Tour

Our 9 hectares are divided between the vineyard, the olive grove, a small reforestation plot, and some uncultivated land. The choice to produce with organic methods has been made since the birth of the company, in 1988, in the full belief that respect for the environment, consumer health, and the producer are fundamental concepts on which to build and give a future not only to agriculture but to the entire ecosystem. You will find Ansonica, Vermentino, Sangiovese, and Alicante varieties, with wide vine spacing and single guyot training with 6-8 buds. The subsequent and early cluster selection further limits grape production per vine and thus achieves greater concentration and quality.
