Description

Today the agricultural company owns 22 hectares of vineyards, and produces, vinifies and bottles directly on site, striving to create a quality product that always satisfies its customers to the best of its ability. The vineyard processing is carried out with the utmost care and respect for the environment: minimal anti-cryptogamic treatments, fertilization with organic maintenance products only, no forced production enhancement, short pruning, and natural vegetation. The grape harvesting is done by hand. Then a soft pressing of the destemmed bunches takes place. The most suitable processing techniques are adopted for each type of product. The decanting takes place in stainless steel vats that guarantee optimal hygienic conditions. We invite you to discover the beauty of Valle Versa with a relaxing day immersed in our vineyards.
