Description

Our estate preserves an unspoiled landscape of 76 hectares, including 58 hectares of Gavi vineyards, the great white of Piedmont, Monferrato Rosso and Albarossa, the fruit garden, the Italian garden, the water garden with lotus flowers at the lake. A charming ensemble reminiscent of the most famous French chateaux, also in the attention to detail for guided tours and hospitality in the farmhouse. We produce Gavi and indigenous red wines with extraordinary aromas, and our strategy can be summarized in three fundamental points: environmental sustainability, low-sulfite wines, natural scents of indigenous grape varieties untouched by those of the wood in the barrels but refined only in stainless steel. All vinification is in stainless steel at controlled temperature both for whites and reds in order to obtain the natural aromas of the grape variety at the highest level without wood aging. Micro-oxygenation in red wines and long refinement in stainless steel allow us to obtain soft and structured wines with intense natural aromas typical of indigenous grape varieties.
