The philosophy of the winery revolves around a concept: quality. Quality is for us a concentration of experiences, of transmitted traditions, and a passion for what we do every day, and this is how nothing is left to chance, all our work is “martial”, educated, precise, and refined. Each vintage does not end with the harvest, but rather represents a driving force that feeds and dignifies all the processes that allow us to have exclusive products every year. And so, our work, together with the mercy of time, can coexist and reciprocally make the efforts, slowly, provide us with the best grapes for each vintage. Subsequently, a careful selection of the bunches, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, and the separate vinification for each individual plot of land, allow us to evaluate and choose the best methods to obtain the finest wines. All this has been happening for generations, first out of necessity of the times and then for transmitted traditions and passions, and it is for us a certainty of always being winegrowers and wine producers in Piedmont. Our motto, “La Terra, Le Vigne, Il Vino” simply means this. It is our memory, our work, our passion.
