Description
The Winery is a company distinguished by cultivation with certified organic method: sustainable and innovative. It is aimed at enhancing not only the products but also the cultivation and production sites, including a small farm of farm animals and bees. In 2015 it was recognized by the Puglia Region as an "Expert in the knowledge and dissemination of Puglia's food culture and tradition" and for the possession of subjective and objective requirements, it is included in the regional list of Educational Farms of Puglia.
