Processing in the vineyards takes place respecting traditions but with a strong exposure to avant-garde winemaking techniques: only the intertwining of tradition, innovation, and respect for the territory can guarantee refined final products. Our vineyard in organic conversion is cultivated preferring traditional systems with reduced environmental impact; furthermore, our experience allows us to precisely regulate all processes, limiting any intervention in the cellar. Our wines rich in resveratrol provide an excellent source of antioxidants: we want the pleasure of drinking to be as healthy as possible. In 2015, a small extension of about 3 hectares of Aglianico vines was added to the cereal surface, producing about 6000 bottles per year, in order to offer the market a new range of products distinguished by the quality of the raw material and a strong personality.
