Description

The winery is divided into three rooms: dedicated to storage, processing, and grinding. Through explanations and video support, we will explain the most significant moments of the production process: from grape harvesting, both by hand and machine, to grinding and transforming into wine. Customers will taste 3 glasses of wine (while visiting the rooms): a white wine based on Trebbiano and Vermentino and two reds, a blend of Ciliegiolo and Sangiovese and a red aged for 12 months.
