Yields are reduced, pruning is shortened, every choice driven by the desire to obtain wines that arise from the balance between soil, climate, and tradition. The winery is modernized by introducing cold technology to preserve the freshness and finesse of the grapes. Today, the leadership passes to the new generation, who continue to believe in the strength of the territory and its mineral soul. The Malvasia Puntinata remains the beating heart of production, while the commitment to the environment guides every action.
