In the world of wine, giving a personal interpretation of the cultural and winemaking heritage is fundamental. In our vineyards, we move quietly. We want our intervention on the rows, the fruits, and therefore on the vinification to be minimal. We pursue purity not only during vinification but along the entire path that leads us to your glasses. Respect, care, and delicacy towards the intrinsic characteristics of the grapes: from choosing the most appropriate vinification technique to developing different vinification plans for each individual vineyard. In search of a personal and consolidated production style, which allows us to challenge the market with wines born from our idea that has taken shape, such as Lugana Metodo Classico and Merlot passito.
