The medieval settlement of the estate is characterized not only by preserving many of the original structures but also by its privileged location with a view of hills, woods, and vineyards, up to the profiles of the towers and palaces of Siena: one of the most exciting landscapes of the Chianti senese. The estate, covering about three hundred hectares, was purchased in 1968 and, after careful restoration, today, overlooking the gentle hills of Chianti, surrounded by vines and ancient woods, still maintains its medieval charm. The main objective of the estate is to produce high-quality wines from low-yield vineyards. The primary wines are, of course, Chianti Classico and Chianti Classico Riserva. Attention to the quality of raw materials and service are our priorities. The ingredients we use, all km 0, including game, are transformed by our chef into refined and emotional dishes that delight everyone’s palate and provide a true sensory experience.
