Description
The tour starts in the winemaking room, which houses the equipment for pressing and large, temperature-controlled steel vats for fermentation. It continues in the steel aging room, where each vat contains a different selection: from the new wines that still need to mature and be racked, to the wines from previous vintages ready for bottling and selling. Keep an eye on those stored in the chests, they are our excellence products. Finally, it's time to open one of our products, a large elm wood table awaits to welcome palates eager to taste the result of the long processing in the cellar. A tasting guided by colors, scents, and flavors to discover how the terroir, vineyard work, and winemaking techniques determine the quality and characteristics of the wines, all waiting to be discovered!
